Tonight we had Castle Road Mango Habanero Cheddar Jalapeño Poppers with our hickory smoked bacon, smoked brisket with our Black Garlic Blend rub, one rack of Castle Road Queen’s Touch X Derek Wolf Maple Bourbon ribs, one rack Castle Road Mango Habanero, Green Beans, Mac n Cheese, Cornbread, Apple Slaw with our signature sauces Big Tex and Aunt Mabel. Not a half bad Saturday. Thanks for coming!

This brisket looks insane this morning. 225° overnight, just wrapped and bumped my temp up to 275°
